IMPROVE - Annual meeting Szczecin, Poland 12-14 September 2007

The next General Assembly is going to be held in Szczecin, Poland on 12-14 September 2007. The meeting will start at 12 o’clock on the 12th and finish at 1 o’clock on the 14th September. The venue is:

For those who have never been to Szczecin, there are four ways to get here:

By plane to Berlin airport à by car/minibus/train to Szczecin
By plane to Szczecin-Goleniow airport à by taxi to Szczecin
By plane to Warsaw à by plane to Szczecin-Goleniow airport à by taxi to Szczecin
By train (see the map and guidelines attached) or car to Szczecin (from Germany only, I guess)

For those who land in Berlin we will provide transport to Szczecin (a seat in a minibus or a car). To do that email your flight numbers and arrival times to jjonczyk@ssn.pl. The name of the company which will pick you up at the airport will be given later. They will take you either to the hotel or to the shipyard – depends on which day and time you will come. Of course taking a minibus is only an option, if you wish to rent your own car, please do.

If you decide to go for the transport we provide, please remember that going to Berlin takes approx. 3 hours. So, if you want to be present at the whole meeting, your return flight should not be earlier than at 6 pm on the 14th September.

Please confirm your presence at GA indicating when and how you will travel as well as the number of days you wish to stay at the hotel. The name of the hotel and prices will be specified later (it should be around 85 euro).
